Product Returns

We take great pride in providing you with a quality and valued experience when shopping at Semplicemente Intimo. If an item is faulty or you have chosen the wrong size we are happy to exchange. The returned item must be unworn with all tags attached and returned to us within 10 days from the date of shipping for an exchange or store credit.

 

The customer is responsible for all shipping cost when returning items back to us. All shipping and handling fees involved are the customers' responsibility and are not refundable.

Semplicemente Intimo does not take any responsibility for the arrival or misplacement of returned items. We recommend the use of registered post for retuning items back to us.

 

No refunds are given on sale and clearance items or items purchased during special promotions or discount offers. Please contact us before any item is returned for exchange
